It baskin robins. You had one, you had them All. Decent, quick, mass produced ice cream. But walking up at 9:55, they lock the door on me and shut off the open sign. I pull on the handle and one girl makes eye contact and keeps walking and the other pretends apparently doesn’t hear me. I would have been out by 9:59 and you would have had one more scoop to wash. Now I won’t be back. Before i even finished writing this: lights out, going home. If your hours are posted 10 pm. Be open until 10 please. Especially if you will be out of there in minutes anyways. Most respectable business do that. Usually aren’t too rude about it either.
The customer service was indubitably subpar, workers were boobish and showed no interest in cooperating with me and eventually began to simply ignore me, I tried calling to ask questions about the store the call was ended quite abruptly leaving me feeling quite dissatisfied with my experience and I plan on never visiting again.
The clerks can't take credit for the ice cream being good since they don't make it themselves. It's BR of course it's good. But if you want a milkshake in a flavor you haven't tried yet, you don't want to make a shake and end up not liking it. So you ask for a taster to help you decide and are RUDELY told they don't do samples. I had already ordered a cone obviously I wasn't there to graze. La Mesa operates like a real BR. I'll stick to their store.
