I've been a customer for awhile. It's conveniently walking distance. This issue I've encounter is they offer no recourse after they ruin my clothing other than conversation. They double crease the pants of 4 suits! And a double crease CAN NOT! be removed. When I asked for a manager, I got the typical run around. "I never see the manager" "I don't know how to reach the manager" Their solution is to go to another cleaners!! Wow!!! Pathetic! I'm going back one more time, to get an explanation and if they can give me a satisfactory solution. The next encounter will be in Small claims court. The only solution is to pay for the damages, because the creases won't come out..
Took a white uniform to be cleaned and they did a great job! They were very friendly, it was ready when promised, and uniform was very clean and nice. Also, veeeery affordable!
I brought very nice curtains to be cleaned and pressed for my office. They gave back to me all wrinkled and charged me 80$!!!!! I asked for a credit since I had no time to bring back and wait to work (I am an acupunctist and massage therapist) I need a dark room for relaxation. Sherry, horrible woman, tells me that they will only give me 12$ credit of 80$ for pressing!!!! I then called them back a week later and pretended to be another person asking about pressing curtains. These curtains were quoted 20$ each set for how many holes are at top for curtains rod. 40$!!!! As i expected. Total liars!! Total crooks!!! And I agree with other comments. I really don't believe they even washed them!!! Run!!! Go elsewhere.... plenty of better places near that area. Good riddance Bonded Cleaners.
