    Whoever the obviously inept and histrionic manager of this place is, this is not a Walgreens I would voluntarily shop at. From the human fecal matter in the parking lot and numerous syringes strewn about the property, the lack of staff to man the registers, I have spent over 10 minutes waiting to be checked out numerous times, I would definitely choose another pharmacy to do any future shopping, in fact there is a conveniently located cvs just down the street on Broadway and 2nd. The manager of this place is the main problem though. He is beligerant towards customers, I once washed him push a homeless, handicapped female in a wheelchair off of the property and onto the main street where she was nearly struck by a few vehicles. He has attempted to goad me into an altercation on a few occasions. He should be more concerned about the with the human waste in his parking lot, then whether he can best me verbally.

    I made an appointment online to get my shingles vaccine only to be told they are not doing vaccines today. I wasted my gas and I will have to come back tomorrow. This was a great store and I have been coming here for 15 years. The service had been amazing up to now. I am sad this is how long time customers are being treated. I understand it is a holiday but then why were the appointments available? I will not be getting my vaccines here anymore.

    Had a flu shot appointment for 12:30, arrived at 12:18 and had to wait in line with the pharmacy til 12:47. Once I was checked in, the lady put me to the side and told me she would get the paperwork to me in a few, well, that wasn't until 12:58. Once i turned it in, i waited until 1:25 and stood up to tell them i was leaving. it was unacceptable to wait an hour before getting seen. While i understand that they were busy, they should close off lunch hours for the vaccine clinic if they know that they'll be backed up. Don't recommend coming here for vaccines.

    I needed to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy in town that actually answers their phone. I was told that to have the pharmacy call them to transfer the prescription. No that is the problem you hung up on them multiple times when they attempted to contact you. I was then told to wait just a minute. A "minute" turned into 33 minutes before I was hung up on. Called back again and this time was on hold for 35 minutes before I was disconnected. Funny how they want you to take a survey afterwards. Maybe add negative numbers to this horrible pharmacy.

    Pharmacy: Really bad customer service!! I made an appointment for 2 vaccines I needed and when I got there they didn't have them!!! they didn't even know I had an appointment!!?? The guy behind me had the same problem. I then decided to just get the flu shot because I wasted my time driving to the pharmacy, it took more than one hour to get the vaccine. Don't offer appointments for services you can't provide!! WASTE OF TIME. Also check the closing times you have on your website, the pharmacy closed earlier..........
