This place is amazing! I went in for a cut and color and Tan exceeded my expectations. It was my first time dying my hair and she made me feel comfortable and dyed it exactly how I wanted. Tan was also a very pleasant conversationalist and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Pricing for the cut and color was beyond reasonable and I plan to return in the future.
This place was very unprofessional, and I will never go back to this salon or recommend them to anyone. I first went in as a "new customer" on a Sunday because my typical nail salon I went to was closed. I got a full set french tip with gel and a pedicure. The whole entire time I was getting my service the manicurist keep on telling me how their salon which was open for "24 years" was better than any other salon because they were so clean, professional and cheap! Well she got the clean part right but when it comes to the overall salon, employees and professionalism they absolutely get a 0 in my book. The manicurist made the acrylics way to thin(due to her either rushing or just lack of knowledge) the nails starting chipping the day after I got my them done & within 3 days 7 out of my 10 nails were chipped & she also made me pay extra for gel after she put 1 coat of gel and I argued with her because I've gotten gel before and they Always put at least a minimum of 3 coats, so this was also very frustrating because they always talk up the gel to help last longer and look shinier... But in my case there wasn't enough coats put on so.. The one coat of gel kept flaking off and chipping like regular nail polish.... So I ended up going back to the salon less than a week later and I had my receipt and the ladies at the salon tried to tell me that I did not get my service from their salon because they had been open for 24 years! I argued with a lady for about ten minutes and she said she could not give me a refund but she would fix my nails for a small fee(to replace the chips that had chipped off the edge of the nails) & she repeatedly told me that It was my fault that they chipped and their was a customer sitting in a chair and I showed her and she could see what was wrong with my nails... But of course the salon was open for "24 years" so they wouldn't do a job like that.. But they obviously did. I did not want my nails or feet touched again because it'd end up costing me way more money.... This salon is outrageous and the customer service and my customer satisfaction was so horrible... I do not recommend this place don't waste your time or money at this salon!
Ann isiAmazing!!! I have been seeing Ann the owner for nails for 20 plus years I have followed her from Del Mar, she opened her own salon here and now I can get great gel nails on fingers and toes for the cost of just fingers in Del Mar!
Went to valley hair salon for a haircut. I decided to go since I just needed a trim and didn't feel the need for pay 35 bucks for a simple trim. I will NEVER go back. The older lady who usually does nails cut my hair, but I should have just blindfolded myself and went at it on my own. My hair is about half an inch longer on one side, and the back is completely uneven. I wanted my layers trimmed and she completely ignored them. if you like your hair and are thinking of going here, just find a kid and give them scissors and let them cut your hair. it'll turn out better
