I actually googled this salon and seen it a few times while shopping in the area. I called and made an appointment and was able to be seen before the holidays. Karo did my hair and I must say I was very happy with the results. I showed her a picture and she did an amazing job on my hair. I'm very picky on who does my hair and I will definitely be back. My daughter and I made a same-day appointment and were very happy with results. We often visit this plaza to grocery shop, however, this was our first time inside here. My daughter had Carolina and I had the pleasure of Angie cutting my hair. We both were able to be seen at the same time. Both ladies were very friendly, professional, and overall great with customer service. I don't often get my hair professionally cut, but was very happy I did. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a friendly, great with customer service, kind establishment.
I called during the week after work to get a hair cut because I wanted to look nice for my anniversary next month. The phone call was not too bad, but when I got there a couple things threw me off, and I tried to be positive about my experience, but honestly now that I'm home and I've styled my own hair I realize how unacceptable it was. First it seemed like the person that cut my hair (not going to mention names) forgot about my appointment ???? so she was about ready to do someone else's hair when I got there 5 mins early to my appointment. I let it slide because she fixed the issue by telling her that she will take me first since I had an appointment. Bein there did not feel as safe as i would hope,, everyone was wearing masks,, but definitely not 6 ft apart and too many people in there,, but everything else seemed fine, but not so much when I walked out and realized that the work that she did on me was very rushed and terrible. She worked on me like 20 mins maximum, and when I got home to straighten my hair I realized she did too many layers and one side of my curtain bangs is shorter than the other side and worst of all that side thats shorter is cut very uneven. ???? I cant believe I tipped her. Not coming back again.
I went to Karo on the recommendation of a trusted friend who raved about her cut and color. Caroline is a very sweet woman and is very welcoming when I first arrived. I told her I wanted naturally blended lowlights with some highlights. At first go I was not pleased with the result. My lowlights were very dark and blotchy. I was very unhappy and really felt bad expressing it the next day. I ended up calling and explaining I just didn't like it. She was very accommodating to my schedule and got me back in same day. She spent two hours carefully going through my hair and applying a color remover. She was so nice to me the entire time! My hair looks fabulous now and I am so pleased! She was very happy that I came back to her to fix it. I am glad I did too.
I was a walk in, Caroline offered to help me after she did a blow out for a regular customer. It's a cute little shop, Caroline finished up promptly with her previous client and did a great job cutting my 2 month grown out pixie cut. Very happy will pop in again in the future.
