First visit today and I was thoroughly impressed! The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, showing me the gym and getting me setup! I swam for about an hour and used the jacuzzi and steam room! Everything was clean and comfortable! Even the other gym members seemed friendly. Excited to start training here!
Not open at 24 due to I'm not sure what?we all pay for the 24 hour benefit. Everything eles is back to normal except this fitness club. And now it's 5:07am and it's not open and no staff is inside. They usually Open at 5am, but no workers are here. This is not okay!
Crowded but good for the price! They have a pool, sauna, steam room, and all the equipment you'd need. They also offer classes on site as well. Military friendly. They even have a store inside where you can purchase protein powder and energy drinks and such. Good gym overall.
Pluses: I like the layout of the gym overall. Lockers are up front which leads to the pool/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room. Also, lots of equipment! Classes: The cycling class on Sunday is intense! Instructor is motivating and the class definitely pushes you to the limit as long a you HIIT that +. Definitely recommend! Sunday Zumba class is fun. You’ll definitely find out if you have two left feet quickly. I’ve never taken a dance class, if you are a novice do yourself a favor and find a spot in back because they do not break down the steps for you. I did not wear my contacts and I felt like I had a rubber neck trying to watch the instructor in the front, best if you just watch one of the regulars because they got the steps down. Either way I kept laughing at myself and it should be a judgement free zone. Female dominated class but cool to see some men feelin’ themselves :) Minuses: Not open 24hrs. Not eligible to use free 3 day passes (it’s a busy gym) Haven’t seen many patrons do a wipe down after they use equipment (if ya sweat drips…it’s courteous to wipe it down) Some elliptical machines need maintenance. Overall: Solid gym. Employees are friendly and has all your basic gym needs!
Nothing but a bunch of crooks. I've been going here since 2018 and always paid for the yearly prepaid membership. I canceled my yearly membership on October 29th when it renews every year on November 14th. I told the front desk to cancel my yearly on 10/29/22 and the guy said he will cancel it for me. Fast forward to Nov 14th and I get charged $380 on my card. I called yesterday morning discussing the issue and the lady said she'll get a manager to call me back. No manager called me back. I called customer service today and they told me I cannot cancel my membership and to pretty much kick rocks. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. You lost a loyal customer 24, you did. I was going to come back too. CROOKS.
