    I had no desire to go to the gym and absolutely hated it at one point. The minute I started training with Sean, he made me love working out and taking better care of my body. I’ve been with him for a few months now, and I’ve seen great progress. He is positive and is very serious about helping people achieve their goals. The other trainers are amazing as well and it’s a very safe environment to workout in.

    Best gym ever!! They have very clean equipment, the music is great and they have a great selection of supplements. I train with Sean and he’s a great trainer, I’ve seen such a huge change in my body within the first three months. You guys should definitely stop switch gyms you won’t regret it!! Ten outta ten!

    Hands down the best gum I've ever been to. So many friendly faces and the overall vibe is so amazing. I get uncomfortable working out at other gyms but not at Stallion area. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and all the trainers are so great! Ive been training with Sean for 7 months now and he is truly the best. He's always pushing me to do my best and encouraging me every step of the way. So excited to be working out at his new place :)

    Stallion Arena is my happy place! all of the trainers are amazing, especially the owner, Sean. Everyone who goes to Stallion is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and it’s like your own second family. highly highly recommend if you’re looking for a new gym to make amazing friends and be in the best shape of your life!

    Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Stallion Fitness with Sean. He motivates me to actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. He's super nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
