I absolutely LOVE this gym. Traditional gyms do not give you this kind of personal training and accommodate / modify exercises when needed for each individual! Join Join Join! I recommend it for any and every fitness level. I am in no way, shape, or form an athlete but the coaches push me passed my personal limitations and celebrate every personal win with me! Grateful to be apart of a great place and the community is wonderful! Shout out to Trevor and Coach D for being amazing! ????????
If I could give this gym 10* I would in a heartbeat. Very grateful to have found this professional gym, the owner/trainer Trevor and all the other trainers are very knowledgeable of their work. This is push & pull focused gym. Every month there is a new focus on several workouts/movements. The week is divided certain days strength and conditioning, there are challenges throughout the year (NO CrAsh Diets) which are included in the membership. Swing by for a quick peek, you won't regret it.
I signed up for one of their 30-day challenges which was a month of free classes and a meal plan. I loved that they have 5AM classes and started going 3-5 days a week. The coaches there are awesome and they really focus on making sure you are using proper form so you don't get injured and you get the best workout. I hadn't lifted a weight in years when I first signed up so it was great because the coaches show you alternate exercises to do if you're a beginner. The meal plan was easy to follow and Trevor was great at checking in with me to make sure I was staying on track. The other members are very friendly and everyone encourages each other. Once a week they go around the room and have everyone say their name so everyone gets to know each other better. Also they have a lot of variety in the workouts, not only muscle groups, but also how the rotations are done. I love 5 lbs the first 2 weeks on the challenge!
Let me just say how amazing this team is here and how thankful I am to have this gym be apart of my life. I have never been a gym person or even know what the heck to do with gym equipment. From day one I felt completely comfortable walking in there and slowly but surely I’ve become more self confident in my workouts and self. Thank you so much for your hard work in teaching such rad work outs! I highly recommend you give them a try and see for yourself!
One of the greatest gyms out there. Owner and other coaches are all super friendly, motivating, and knowledgeable! If you are worried about not knowing how to perform an exercise, they will teach you and watch you learn it over time. They make sure to correct your form if you are doing it wrong. You will learn a lot from each coach and eventually get stronger if you stick to the workouts and do your best each day. Each day is different and fun so no boring exercise!
