purchased the $25 wash with tire and wheel polish. They literally spent less than 1 minute drying my car and applying tire and wheel polish. Then they walked away without saying they were done. I waited for 3-4 minutes before walking around the corner to find them detailing someone else's truck. I asked if they were done with my car and they said yes. I told them the wheels & tires didn't look good and he walked back over and spent 5 seconds wiping something on one of the front tires. I told them they should at least tell me when they are done and that I had a tip for them. He said he was sorry. I gave them the tip. When I got home and looked closer at my car - there is still a lot of spots that they didn't remove. Really sad wash job and tires and wheels look horrible.....I won't go back. I only tried them because my normal place, Express Hand Wash, had just closed. I won't go back to Romeo's and I don't recommend. Not the way you treat people. Wish I wouldn't have given them the $8 tip...they didn't deserve it.
Good car wash. The drier guys are very pleasant, friendly and did a great job. Change of opinion...I went there today. Not so great. No inside windows or dash cleaned and I had to go over outside to dry it and get all the bug junk off the windshield. It wasn't what I paid for. It was the end of the day..who knows why.
Very friendly staff. They did an excellent job cleaning my 2020 Silverado Truck. The cleaner called me over and asked me to inspect to ensure everything is to my satisfaction. I will definitely be returing to Romeo's Car Wash for future business.
This is my second time here and these guys did such a bad job my 9 year old said that they didn't do a bad job they did a horrible job cleaning my truck. And as I spent another 30 minutes cleaning my truck they never once asked why I was cleaning my truck after they did it. But when I was done and about to leave I told them that they did a horrible job cleaning and that's when he said oh I get that for you. Lol dude I just did it myself after I paid you to do it. Take my advice don't get a car wash here
