Incompetent people that are booking the appointments. my niece was here from out of town. The anestatician called off and they never canceled her appointment for facial!! Now it's too late to book elsewhere
I am a military dependent and my spouse is being moved to Hawaii. I will not have a vehicle or job when I arrive to Hawaii and this establishment will not let me cancel my membership. Pretty distasteful treatment of military family members here.
My haven of rest. To recharge and get the kinks out back to balance. I appreciate Abigail doing deep tissue therapy. She has helped me with shoulder, hip and sciatic issues. So grateful massage is available safely during this time.
I came in for a 9:00pm appointment and asked for a sport massage. They had trouble with my gift certificate but cleared it up around 9:05. They front staff was awesome and the gentalmen with his name starting with a J was great, he said the time would not conflict with my 60min and told me to wait in the waiting room. Again the front staff was great on the date of 6/7/2019. The massage therapist was nice but dident start me tell 9:12, she then continued to talk to me past the usual 5min expected for an intro and continued for almost half the session that ended up being 12 min short of the hr. Worst part is when I kindly said "as hard as you can due although I know it's late would be so appreciated I couldent even thank you enough" ....She responded "I have my own technique I practice" I honestly at that point trusted her but unfortunately left feeling pretty much the same as when I went in. From a man who has had over 30 plus massages in my life I must say unless you just want great upfront desk service??? ???? Please avoid this location
