I love Lexi and her crew and because the majority are trained by Lexi herself you can bet you'll receive a very quality experience No, they don't take walk-ins but do any of the salons on Rodeo Drive take walk-ins? This isn't a nail bar! IF you want a high-end product you need to reserve a spot which is called an 'appointment' I've been going to this salon for a decade because once I find something of quality I hold on to it with a firm grip.

Wasn't able to get my haircut like I wanted. Thought this place would accept walk ins. They do not. You need an appointment to be seen & there's no website to tell you anything either. No information given. Kinda annoying & it was a waste of time. Appointment required & to make one they take your name & then they'll message you later. Sorry but I don’t like that. I would like to book an appointment since I'm already there. Not wait for them to go on break & then get back to me whenever. Ended up going somewhere else that accepts walk ins.
So happy with everyone I have met at this salon! I called needing a haircut and color in a pinch to get ready for my wedding. Danielle Tamp fit in an appointment for me right away, listened really well to what I wanted, and nailed the color on the first try! Then when I needed a nail appointment, Alana Santos was able to get me a spot 2 days before my wedding. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating and they do excellent work! I'm a customer for as long as I live in El Cajon!
This place was amazing. The interior decor is stunning with chic yet antique furniture and cabinetry. The area is very spacious with separate sections for the hairdressers and nail salon. The staff is exceptional and very well trained. They were all kind and very friendly, even to those who weren't directly their clients. My hairdresser Lucy was very friendly and did an amazing job on my hair that had severe breakage. I will deffiently be returning for all future haircuts. I would recommend this place to everyone.
