If i can give 0 i would, worst place to have your teeth taken care of. My family and i will switch to other place. Many time had out appointments cancelled and get charged extra for services we did not have. We tried to get help from the manager Susan, she was horrible and this was by far the worst experience we had. I have many friends and families that they switch their care too because of their customer care from their manager. I tried to ask for the owner info from Susan, she refused to give his contact and told us to go find another place. I feel bad for such business they good spot but they really need to choose their staff and management.
I just started coming to this dentist after a very long time of not being seen. The staff odd so friendly, caring, explains all procedures and expenses and is great with scheduling. I would recommend this practice to any and everyone!
Took my wife here for dentures and it was a horrible experience. The staff was not comforting at all and all the appointments felt rushed. After multiple appointments and getting the dentures, they didn't fit right and they suggested to just try them out for a little bit. Didn't help and ended up hurting her mouth. After getting them adjusted multiple times, they still don't fit right and hurt to the point that she feels like other medical issues are arising. She refuses to wear them now and rightly refuses to go back. She's constantly having issues with facial pain and self esteem because she doesn't have teeth. So we basically wasted our insurance coverage for the next 2 years on something that will never be worn.
I've been going here for a few years now. The wait times have improved and the staff are a lot friendlier. The last 2 times I had my dental check ups have been with a lady named Lana she is nice, patient and easy on the teeth. I will make sure I ask for her everytime.
