I highly recommend this dental practice. On every visit, Julie and Bonnie greet me with personalized attention as if we are old friends. I am always seen for my visit right away with very little wait. I never feel that they are trying to up-sell me on unnecessary services. On my most recent visit, I was having a crown replaced. As with my regular check-ups, I was seen right away and seated by Dental Assistant Mario Diaz. He was very attentive and explained every step of the procedure. Once he was set up and ready to go, Dr. Kashou came in to start the procedure. He also explained every step, made sure that I was comfortable, and started the work. The crown was able to be designed and milled in-house, which allowed me to complete this work in just one appointment. From my interaction with the front desk to the time that they cemented the crown and sent me on my way, I was very comfortable. I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but I left the office telling them thank you and how pleasant my visit had been.
Our family has been going to this practice for a very long time and we have always received exceptional customer service from the entire office- the dentists, hygienists, and front office staff. Julie, Bonnie, and Stephanie always go above and beyond to make certain that our needs are met, and are so helpful with our ever changing schedules. Even though it is a distance from our home, we would never think of going anywhere else. We have referred many family members and friends there. Thank you for all that you do!
