Just saw the latest negative review and I totally disagree! I myself have avoided dentists for the fear of needles and drilling sounds. When I came here I was welcomed with with nothing but kindness and professionalism. I’ve been coming here for about a year and every visit gets better from the last one. I always get notifications via email and texts. I highly recommend it here you will not regret it. A special thanks to George who always goes above and beyond to help me in every way.
I have been coming to this dental clinic for the last year and have had a great experience each time. The staff and dentists are so sweet and answer my questions throughly. I am usually fazed by the numb shots but the dentist is gentle and completes my fillings with minimal pain. I would recommend this dental clinic to my family and friends any day.
First off when I arrived for my appointment I was informed that the office had moved six months prior and as a new patient nobody thought to tell me. Secondly when I arrived at the correct location the front desk clerk confused me over some forms I should have been texted and filled out and when I was trying to clarify which text or forms he was talking and if maybe he could see in his system if I had returned any papers or not to help me conclude it I did it didn’t receive the text of which he was asking. He took my questions as aggression I guess which I don’t understand how considering I was genuine in my questions and I wasn’t changing my tone in any manner than a polite peaceful tone. He then told me that they won’t see me because of the questions I was asking. So if you’re suffering severe PTSD, fear of dentists and fear of needles, just had your service dog stolen, have a learning and personality disorder and suffering from multiple absences don’t come here cuz they have no patience or understanding here that you may be slower to understanding questions, situations or recalling events in the past. I was so hurt by this man’s actions I stormed out of his office in tears and ended having an episode in their parking lot and had to do a breathing treatment because he triggered me so badly. Definitely find a new dentist.
Very friendly and kind. I was late for my last appointment and they accepted me. Policy is to reschedule at 15 min late. Completely reasonable. Dental technician was nice and my teeth did not need a lot of cleaning but I felt it was not a thorough cleaning. I still have some tarter at my gum line after.
Great first experience. Everyone at this office are really friendly. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. the practice is clean and sanitized. The atmosphere is amazing, I'm usually very apprehensive about the dentist. Scheduling is easy. There is never a long wait, and they get you in and out as fast as they can. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
