Another Cali burger joint that has alot of hype. Not that much better than In N Out... I'll give them that the burger patties are tastier. But the onion rings had no flavor even with ketchup it wasn't good... The seasoned curly fries were not that seasoned. I've had better from the freezer section of the supermarket... If this was the only place open late at night, I would just order the burgers and skip the sides...
We have coupons and trying to use them! Since the kids loves chicken sandwiches much more than the beef so we used one of the two combo deal of crispy chicken and one combo beef. Both were very tasty but again the chicken wins ;)
Very disappointed about my visit today. Went at 9 pm. No shakes of course. Plus order a jumbo jack and I get a burned bun. I get that your busy but I'm pretty sure you saw this burned bun while making the sandwich and the whole sandwich was awful. Never again.
It was the worst service, I went last night 11/1/22 around 9:40, I ordered a munchi meal double cheeseburger When I got to the window to get my food , 2 employees looking each other laughing not even acknowledging me , after a while , the girl came out to me and said ,Hey' we don't have any more meat because they were about to close.. They should told me that before when I ordered so I didn't have to wait all this time in line for nothing. It's was 10:55..
Paid for the sausauge platter combo but only came with bacon. Ruined my sunday morning and put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Complained to corporate using the survey and requested a follow up but completely ignored. Worst part is nothing will be done and they kept my money.
